In 2005, Prince Robert de Luxembourg created the first premium brand of Bordeaux wine: Clarendelle, named in honour of his great-grandfather, Mr Clarence Dillon. Clarendelle is presently distributed in thirty countries, primarily in wine shops and restaurants. Clarence Dillon Wines has established distribution partnerships with prestigious firms in the field of luxury goods, airline companies, hotels, and many Michelin starred restaurants among others. The wines are aged for several years and sold when they are ready to drink. Bringing out the finest characteristics of the vintage, skilful blending leads to high quality year after year. Our red wines come primarily from the Saint-Emilion, Haut-Médoc, and Pessac-Léognan regions (including the Domaine Clarence Dillon estates). Our white wines come mainly from the Graves (including Pessac-Léognan). The Clarendelle range consists of 4 wines: Clarendelle Rouge, Clarendelle Blanc, Clarendelle rosé and the sweet white wine, Clarendelle Amberwine. Clarendelle wines are well-structured, elegant, and very complex. |
