The beginning of summer (June and July) was rather rainy.
Fortunately, August and September, dry during the day and
cool at night, largely sunny, "saved" the vintage.

This rosé has a beautiful, bright, deep, pinkish-orange
color. It is very well-balanced on the palate with
tangy redcurrant, blackcurrant, and lemon flavors. 2007
Clarendelle rosé is altogether round, smooth,
elegant, and attractively fresh. It is a real delight to
drink all summer long, and even into autumn!
Merlot: 61% - Cabernet Franc: 39%
