The climate was perfect, the days were hot but not too hot and the nights were cool. The continuous sun from June to September and the scattered rains just before the harvest enabled the plant to give ripe and perfectly balanced grapes.
Pale gold in colour with hints of green. Subtle aromas of white flowers and white fruits with touches of mineral notes. The palate is rich and offers a beautiful fresh finish.

Ideal serving temperature: 10 - 12.5 °C (50 - 55 °F)
Wine may be served immediately after opening and should not require decanting.
