From August 31st to October 10th the region enjoyed warm beautiful days and cool nights. It was a replay of 1986 and 2002, totally unexpected and very welcome. The white wines were picked in early September under ideal conditions increasing the freshness of fruit that was to become the hallmark of the 2004 dry white wines.
Golden yellow in colour; on the palate one discovers hints of grapefruit, pineapple as well as citrus accentuated by lemon lime. The wine enjoys a beautiful balanced acidity with a long finish.
